Yes I'm sure we all know about the physical effects of Viagra. It's wonderful. But to me, the main impact it had on punting is that it almost completely reduces the probability of the punt being a complete waste of money, to zero.

I've punted on both sides of the timeline, before and after having Viagra. Before Viagra, there was always a gnawing uncertainty that the punt could turn out to be a disaster because I couldn't get it up due to any reason. Didn't like the girl enough, something is off, performance anxiety, etc. Sometimes this lack of certainty would put me off punting completely.

Don’t know if that’s feasible?
There is a procedure where they snip at the connective tissue under the tongue which allows it to move more. Not really sure you could get it done for your reason though.

Pointy(almost reptilian) or round.
