I know of a regular ML of mine who always wants a 'fall girl' in the shop with her - that is the girl who will take all comers and not discriminate between customers. So, there's a kind of pecking order and if you in the lowest rung or perhaps keener than other for the $$ there will possibly be more girls happy to work with you..

Name the business that doesn't have cliques. Here, it's compounded by nationality/history. Then you have jealousy, the haves/have nots, friends/roommates working there... I just asked a girl why she'd changed shops. She said the boss was better, less yak-yak, than the previous boss.

Likewise it makes my experience much better at shops when the MLs are happy to work there. Mamasans and reception can improve my overall satisfaction since I see the whole experience as a whole. I've never gone back to shops where the reception is a bitch/asshole or the boss is a nutcase.

There are quite a few like that, chill in concord is one of them. If she speaks like that to clients.. imagine how she treats her ladies.

And are still working there even with multiple complaints and bad reviews already.

So if she moves from Ginza, its probably not in your best interest as a customer paying top dollar $ to see her...

100% I've seen this alot. If the client looks like jabba the hutt I understand... but, if they want to work in a proper establishment where people are paying what.. around 300 an hour you need good service.. otherwise they won't comeback. Probably best to just dicretly tell the owner after the session like I have a few times and I won't be coming back again if I get the same service with a different girl.

I've gotten to know quiet a couple Saigon Princess workers outside of work, they pretty much all say the same thing. Apparently, top ryde and NS227 are better to work for. 227 Broadway is ok also - aside from the fact the owner always want them to wear makeup a certain way 🤣.

I haven't seen jap girls more than once or twice and dont know them outside of their work so can't comment. But from the Chinese and Korean women I know - Ginza is the place to make money, but it's extremely tiring due to being so busy and long hours, clients are also the most demanding.
I personally understand where they coming from - imagine needing to lick the arseholes and CIM for EVERY single guy that walks through the door - regardless of how they look or smell, not easy.
