The last WL I've seen that's remotely like that was J Karin from N5M, even though she had her own issues but personality wise she's quite close to what I'm describing, I noticed she has disappeared from the roster, oh well.

The shy or inexperienced gals don't do it for me these days. I need an Asian WL experienced esp sucking and she makes noises during boom boom. I found in past some PYT gals don't know how to give good head. I remember one who licked once or twice then stopped and that was her BJ. Yea I hear ya, I imagine most punters are similar in a way, they are after service-oriented experienced pros that will blow their socks off lol, don't get me wrong I've had mind-blowing sessions from experienced WLs, but occasionally I'm just craving for something different, if I've had nothing but juicy steaks for a week I wanna change it up a bit hehe and have something light and refreshing :P Plus I always kind of had a thing for submissive Asian ladies, your innocent girl next door type that's still "new to the game" hehe.

Nah I'm sure they get a basic run-down of things (especially if they never worked in a shop before), but I doubt they'll get a 3-hour orientation with PowerPoint slides and live demo :P

Your best bet would be to find a WL that can role play and/or is a good actress.
