I rarely smoke so that cost is almost nil.
And punting it’s about $350 per month. (Only been averaging couple of punts per month @150-170 dollars each)

I figure if I didn’t drink I’d have enough for another punt.

If it's $200 a month on cask wine then that's a lot. If's a couple of bottles of good scotch a month then that's not that much.
I don't smoke cigarettes but I spend about $100 a month on weed.

$0 on alcohol, I am a social drinker so I never drink at home alone. Whenever I do go out for a drink it's at a mates bar and he doesn't charge us anything.

You do know you are supposed to wear the shoes otherwise the rubber falls apart on them,
Plenty of videos online of how the soles just disintegrate, due to just being stored

100% punting is my only poison and I am down to 2 x 1 hour punts a month and that $500,
Before Covid that could of got you at least 6x30 minute punts for that price

Yes I know, but I am fixated just looking at them rather then wearing them. As they are mostly pre 2015, majority are hard to come by in the same condition. I have restored a few older pairs to look good again. But still unwearable

Well, I definitely don't drink as much as you do! In terms of punting, I could go a bit higher. My monthly cost of punting is usually around $500 per month (including the occasional splurge). On average, I'm having three or four punts per month at around $150-200 each.
