Life is busy so you have to make the time for yourself. That can be hard when you’re running continuously.

It’s a slow down from go go go. There’s still pound pound pound, but for that hour or so your phone is switched off and it’s you and the WL.

When my regular was still around, probably every 2 weeks. Either on a Monday, coming in strong for the week. Or Thursday, when I’m easing myself in to the weekend.

Now, not so much. Once a month maybe? Or *checks wechat bookings* every 6 weeks to be exact. lol. I never go with my urges otherwise, it’ll hit my pockets hard.

Week 5 now btw. I’m due for one next week.

Once a week, because I'm bored. It's not to fix urges for me, feels more like a habit now. If there's no one I fancy then I take a punt to use up that once per week budget. If it's a dud then it doesn't feel as bad as I wasn't going to punt otherwise.

Menulog sucks I had drivers take off with the food no way to message the drivers orders take forever to get delivered. And one time I had guests and two orders of pizzas went missing 6 hours later no food. Menulog stinks. I mainly use Uber Eats or door dash. Now got me wanting KFC yeh $9.99 delivery a rip off. The Maccas in my area once delivered quarter pounders with no buns lol. Service is shocking in some places. There are gurus on You-tube in USA who have videos on ebay Amazon selling etc just do what those guys are doing you just need product to sell at high margins that people wanna buy. Honestly there's a guy going around collecting stuff out of council clear ups and listing that shit for sale on ebay and selling at profits. People throwing put perfectly good stuff. Hint, not what I do but free stock to sell.

You all will be happier, healthier and less ripped off if you walk or drive to the shop, get out, order, wait 10 minutes, get the food straight from the stove, get back in your car, and lose some calories with the exercise instead of getting someone to deliver everything to you.
