In a small shopping village on the residential area, the shops next door are tradie training places with mirror, windows. Decided not to drop in as it just seems little too dodgy looking

in a little commercial park but right at the front …. Right opposite a day care so I’d be worried that it will be on a watch list for its proximity to kids.

Amys on the corner of douglas and granard has some excellent surprises in among the grannies
Golden crown opposite bunnings is chinese low good punt rate.

Beaudesert rd can have some surprises, but the best is generally sky day spa where the big red apple is.
Lots of boilers on beaudesert rd to navigate. Either walk or offer ridiculously low prices to see if you get a bite
