Have a friend who I know through family
Anyway he let me know he returned from Thailand for the first time with a mate, just over a month ago. He was in Pattaya for a week as well as 1-2 other Thai places. I didn't ask in detail what he got up to, but he indulged as many single men would. He is 19
I asked him did you insist on protected sex?
He said 'definitely'
I know he was telling the truth with what happened next
He was really worried, so he confided with me that he had noticed an unusual small lump on the top of his penis shaft, where the condom ends if you wearing one. It was painless but small and raised
He saw his GP, and was prescribed podophyllotoxin liquid for what was diagnosed genital warts. It should be curable as it's in one place and very localised
He was told not to shave over the wart as that spreads the wart virus over the skin and makes it worse
He asked me not to tell his father and of course I haven't
Even with a condom, friction if the condom can cause microtears in the skin, and a woman with genital warts gives them to you through any abrasions in the skin. Without a condom the head of your penis is directly infected

I told him how lucky he is that he was wearing condoms throughout

I was very surprised he was so disciplined - he was a very reckless kid at school

He isn't so reckless after all

I preferred the old school method for warts: Cryotherapy, freezing with liquid nitrogen. Does take an office visit, but if you're lucky, pretty much one and done.

That's helpful information, thanks. Not sure why he wasn't offered that !

The podophyllotoxin is toxic stuff, apparently you need to put that black liquid on the wart, then put a ring of Vaseline around that because the podophyllotoxin burns the skin

Would cryotherapy hurt if you had warts on the head of your penis if you had unprotected sex?

So he catched a different type of genital wart, instead of HSV2?

Very scary... these kind of stories make me re-consider alot tbh. I never do BBFS, but there's still a risk even with a condom

Punting is fantastic
It definitely saved my sanity, when used in a sensible way and you don't let it control you

Having been in sad relationships at times, I would have been quite despondent without the occasional ML or WL to relax

It's just a reminder to be safe

My own caution comes with any cut price MILF shop where the price is so low punters are pushing BBFS on the women

Any shop where BBFS is likely to be more common, I try to avoid entirely
At very least I minimise the DATY with the cut price MILF, and go in condom safe. I am sparing you the other genital warts story I heard

Don't be too concerned. It's a good news story bro
Why? It was a lump in a very clearly treatable place, it was one small lump, less than half a centimetre. It is definitely easily curable, as long as he doesn't shave over the wart and spread it over his skin

I didn't go into what he did in Thailand, just not interested in the details, but he is a wild guy. Use your imagination

Presumably he was infected with sex, with the condom rubbing on the shaft, and an infected woman's warts rubbing up against the microtears his penis

I bet 99% of the women he had sex with did not have this condition

Im willing to bet it was probably just one WL - who widely practiced BBFS - who gave it to him

I have never had sex in Thailand. Do the majority of WL offer BBFS?

Cryotherapy was used a couple of decades ago. Seems sometime since, creams were developed and are now preferred method. My GUESS is that a GP can prescribe a cream, simple office visit, here's your prescription script, DIY. Cryotherapy required a specialist, dermatologist, so would be a referral from a GP, and at least 2 visits - one to freeze, one to check. More visits, more money, perhaps insurance less inclined to cover.

A topical anesthetic is first applied, then the liquid nitrogen. Like a dentist, rubs the topical anesthetic on the gum, waits, anesthetic shot, then the drilling begins...:startle: Or think delayed action cream for premature ejaculation, apply, wait, then the drilling begins...:slobber:

Going back some 25 years I contracted genital warts from a Chinese lady in Singapore.
About 8-10 of them, not on the penis (condom on), but the surrounds and not overly uncomfortable from memory.
The treatment a GP prescribed was to burst/break them each day with a small sterilised needle and then apply some cream.
Took 10 days and worked a treat, although when I think back it seemed to be a risky method in terms of spreading them.

I just checked, the Sexual health clinic in my area has cryotherapy (liquid nitrogen spray) for genital warts

I doubt the average GP practice has liquid nitrogen or staff who know how to use it

The Sex Health clinics are free, anonymous and definitely must use the nitrogen spray every single day so they must be familiar with it's use

Anyone else got accurate information about the treatment options?

Guess I've been twice lucky; have used both. Much prefer the cryotherapy; the paste is a hassle and can take weeks to fully work.

Liquid nitrogen is the quickest and safest bet. Sex clinics have the stuff on tap.

GPs will only do general run of the mill warts and skin tags ie in areas where nobody gives a fuck (hands, feet, neck etc), but spraying liquid nitrogen on the tip of a dick is next level stuff and most will avoid it like the plague to avoid any potential repercussions. GPs with some expertise in sexual health will have a crack at it and they would be next in the pecking order.

All the best frisson and I hope it all goes well for you.

My mate has gone to the GP, got the podophyllotoxin liquid. He knew something was wrong. It's easily fixable. Sounds like he should instead get the liquid nitrogen treatment though

Liquid Nitrogen is easily available in Burwood Road shops.

Mamasans happily give you a free spray before sending you home.

Any shop offering you liquid nitrogen, are subtly telling you, that their women are being pushed into BBBJ at that brothel, and there is an epidemic of genital warts at that shop.
I'm not aware of other uses for liquid nitrogen, apart from dick warts and pussy flap warts
The subliminal message for you is that you need to be safe and don't punt at that venue

I wonder if dry ice would work on the fuckers?
Back in the day we used dry ice for creating low lying fog effects in two bit stage productions.

LN is considered nontoxic and inert (unless you come into contact with it!). If mishandled or misused, it can cause serious consequences or even death.
Skin contact with LN can result in burns, blistering, and severe frostbite injury, which can occur within seconds of exposure.

Application of liquid nitrogen is often used to treat skin lesions such as warts, molluscum and keratoses. Although the exact mechanism of action is unclear, freezing damages the treated lesion preventing its survival. Treatment rarely requires anesthesia and almost never leaves a scar.

Interesting

Wouldnt it be great if both dry ice and uniforms were options when we punt

You walk into the room
A little dry ice creating a cloud of mystery

A lady walks out of the mist wearing a costume of your choosing. Maybe devil's horns and pitchfork
Or alternatively angels wings and halo

Yes I know dry ice smoke probably isn't healthy. Just a little fantasy

Reminds me. I will put 'bringing an angels costume to a punt', on my life's bucket list
