Any reviews? First one “Massage” intrigued me as I drive past as it looked newly done up freshly painted but was completely blacked out with heaps of signs and light ups.

Any recommendations on these two shops would be good.

Feel Good is ok, but has limited girls working and seems to be in decline these days. Not seeing many new names there. Granted, I haven't been in a while though.

The 495 one, AVOID. Ran by a notorious batshit crazy boiler with some very unsafe practices.

495 - defs a boiler but did not offer FS at all.
