I have been seeing my GP for years. Told him I needed it. He takes your blood pressure to check it ain’t to high and gave me a script for four 50mg tablets initially. It’s on PBS so that was like $15. After the first script he was happy to give more. I get a script of 12 x 100mg tabs with 5 repeats. The 12 x 100mg is like $20 at Chemist Warehouse. It’s not like the doc can test if you have ED or not, and if your other half or family see that GP, tell him not to share it as your embarrassed. At least you can then get a stash of legit stock.

This has come up before. Order online with Instascripts. They ask a few generic medical questions and then you pay like 19 bucks for the service and they email you a prescription to present to the chemist you nominate. I use it every time for rocket fuel.

Or cut out the middleman completely, and buy it yourself directly online like these stores likely do.
There's many stores mentioned on here in the past that sell it to you, some with good recommendations and some not so good.
So ask around for who people are using and still can recommend.

Not sure where the advantage is here as the information provided is very scant.
A nasal based spray would likely have a limited lifetime once opened, like most nasal sprays do due to contamination, etc..
So it would likely work out as a high cost per service unless it was a daily regime, which vardenafil isn't.

Also likely to be same free blood flow side effects of red face flushes, dizziness, headaches, hot feeling etc, as exist when oral tablets taken.
Just the nausea, indigestion, stomach based side effects of oral pills would be avoided.

And it's not that markedly quicker a takeup at 12-15 minutes than is achieved by gels which are stated as being at 15-25 minutes.
