Last time I was asking if any of you would be interested in renting a girlfriend including sex. The girl is no longer available so forget about her.

I'm still trying out the business model, so far I ran into many issues:

- Lots of texting to match schedule for the man and the girl, arranging meetup location
- The girl schedule changes. Even if she says she's available, say Monday after 3pm, she's not always available anytime after 3pm Monday.
- Parking issue: when the guy arrives, parking can be an issue, thus he arrived a bit late
- Paying cash in the public was weird. I also had to go to a nearby ATM to prepare change in case.
- If cash is paid short, it was weird to ask in the public too.
- I had to personally be there to meet the guy, then introduce the girl to the guy, collect cash, pay the girl. Highly inefficient and not worth the time and the commission fee (client pays $90/hour, the girl keeps $50/hour)
- Last-minute cancellation issues, eg the girl has period, the guy got busy which the other party wasted time travelling. Luckily this happened before one had hopped onto the train/bus.
- Even if sex is possible, I have no room for them to do it yet

agree, it's not sustainable to keep being the middleman arranging meetings. I don't mind hand-connecting the guy & the girl at the beginning. that's how Airbnb and many businesses got started. the founder needs to be there to hold hands and connect customers and users to see the problems and get feedback.

You have launched a great idea and I admire your courage. Frankly, you already know that it cannot be scaled in the way you are running it, even if you got a partner or two to cope with the labour-intensive element of the venture.

Long ago there used to be a dating business called Dinner For Six, and a copycat one called Six For Supper where the operators organised dinner dates at pre-determined restaurants for 3 guys and 3 girls to meet. Payment was done as a subscription fee. The operators didn’t meet the 6 people.

Maybe you can change your model to be Dinner for Two, or Coffee For Two. You arrange it all by phone or email or WhatsApp, and collect the man’s payment via PayPal or similar. Then you tell each of them which cafe to meet at on an agreed date and time.

A cafe is a safe place. In public. If the woman doesn’t like the guy she can leave, and vice verse.

Your current model of needing to personally meet both girl and guy at a physical location and introduce them is not going to succeed— and certainly not make you rich!!!

Regarding the business, it's not the efficient process that I'm worried about. Technical issues are rarely a problem.

- Cash payment can be fixed by changing to credit card payment/online payment.
- Booking management can be fixed by using a CRM system which I've already built one and ready to use.
