Ok, I'm here to give you a few slaps in the face, grab you by the collar and shout in your face "wake up, get a hold of yourself, man!".

Most likely a scam. Search by phone number gives heaps multiple ads. The E&B ads look quite consistent, photos of a same-ish looking girl in them implying that it might be the same girl running ads for different areas serviced, BUT....
One listing came up on Locanto:

Same photos, but red flags are the fact that this ad is for Coffs Harbour, the other E&B ads are for Sydney suburbs, and all reviews in the Locanto ad are 1/5 star (it says fake people!).

The pics and video are of famous Asian American porn star Nicole Doshi.
They could of at least chosen a less famous model to download pics of.

Yes its Nicole Doshi. For a second I thought she is touring Sydney but then I saw the name on the ad. Definitely fake and quite stupid of them to use Nicole's pics and video.
