Does anyone recommend a Chatswood massage (not FS) shop that has showers in the room or on premises?

Corner Katherine Street (inside the Bentleigh) is a clean shop with a shower. Average WLs (has gone downhill since COVID) and under new ownership but $80 for NHJ at 30 mins all paid upfront and no ask for extra cash. Maybe more on offer but I have never been inclined due to the lack of quality. Can’t beat the value though. Used be a Thai MILF mamasan who gave me a great time when she owned it - I kept saying I only wanted to see her ��

I've had about a 50% success rate with pt3. They are overpriced anyway. If you want vfm sex then just go to a fs shop.

I guess so. I've been four times. Requested FS from all of them. Two accepted and two said cbj only.

What is pt3? I thought pt2 is inclusive of hj, cbj and fs.

Been once to 161 and was offered fs for pt2. Think it is up to the girl - I paid the extra to the girl.
