I booked Sakura the night before and was excited to see her at noon for a 30mins booking. Unfortunately, I received a message three hours before my appointment, saying they had read my message wrong and my booking was canceled. I was working, so I only saw the message an hour before my booking.

Since I was nearby, I decided to come by and see if any other girls were available. I was so disappointed that they didn’t seem sorry about canceling my booking and weren’t willing to introduce any girls to me, instead making me look through the iPad myself.

I left because of the bad experience and went to Sakura57 to see their lineup. Surprisingly, they had a Japanese girl who was just my type

The conversation for the booking was simple, so I don't think it was easy to be confused.
Maybe there was a VIP who fit my time slot.

This is the second time that Ginza has canceled my booking just a few hours before the appointment.
I don't blame them if someone else takes my time slot, but can they tell me earlier?
It's too late to book another girl I like.

Not trying to be dismissive but a couple of hours notice for cancellation from the shop is probably not unreasonable. The fact that your booking was at noon and they messaged you 3hours prior, meaning as soon as the reception started working and realized the situation they messaged you immediately. This can happen to anyone.

Hope you better luck next time.

Agree fully. 2 hours is reasonable imo.
I've had a number of cancellations at or prior to 2 hours and have understood that this happens for a variety of reasons.
At the other end of the spectrum I've had a cancellation whilst standing at reception, which is a nuisance, but was clearly out of the control of the reception guys, who were apologetic and helpful.

On the other hand I've never had cause to cancel an appointment and wondered how often punters do cancel?
Guess there can be legit reasons but perhaps gets you a black mark if it occurs often.

A 3 hour notice is quite reasonable, but it does leave you disappointed that they weren't apologetic.

Happened to me around Mid April, I booked Yuha the night before, and when I turned up, she was already booked with someone else. I showed them the confirmation message, they checked their list, and I was wrongfully listed at another girl's name, a K girl on her first week. They said a quick sorry, and told me to try out the new K girl, but obviously I was already disappointed. Since it was around 6pm when I arrived, they were too busy with the bookings and roster upload, so they weren't really paying much attention to me standing there with my cancelled booking.

Ginza reception is very good, but this does happen.

It would make me feel better if the reception staff were apologetic and helped me schedule the next appointment.

I am not writing to discourage others from going to Ginza. Indeed, Ginza is one of the best shops in Sydney, and I will definitely go again.

However, I think this is an opportunity to let Ginza know that customers prefer assistance in arranging a replacement if an appointment is canceled due to their scheduling.

My booking was cancelled ten minutes ago before my appointment when I parked my car around 310 and checked my message. Question is it is too late for me to reschedule. Luckily Ali’s was available ATM, she was beautiful, nice, GFE. Anyway boy told me he would tell customers directly when anything happened.
