With the mindset that we have to drive prices down to set the expectation for the new enlightened Qld market entrants I went to see a regular this week. I've been getting the works from her in the shop for $200. I told her I was now only paying $150 and she did a 50% half assed job being paid 25% less. So that was a failed strategy on my part.
Unfortunately to get price changes through I'm going to have to abandon the girls I know whom already have me pegged at a price point.
It's easier to negotiate with a new girl that will take on new clients in the hope of increasing services later than it is to get an existing provider to drop prices.
Lesson learned for me.

I would have thought $200 for "the works" would be par for the course in most circumstances.
Not really surprised that she was less than happy to have that cut by 25% and expected to still provide the same service.
But hey, that might just be the way i think and others might be different.

Might try that trick with my mechanic. Although a car that works might be better
Im sure my dentist wont accidentally cause a little pain if i try that.
Why be so fucking cheap?
If you want to pay $150 for fs, go to a brothel.
Or face a lot of boilers, rejection and being bumped for guys who pay more.
You might find one good one after 10-20 visits. Poor odds. But you do you

The main things that drive prices in any industry are supply and demand and overall economic conditions. At the moment demand is high enough to stop prices from dropping and will only change if the overall economic conditions change. At some point it's quite feasible that China will partially collapse and if that happens then Australia will quickly follow as 36% of our exports go to China. In those circumstances prices would drop quickly but if guys are lacking money or scared to spend then not many will benefit from the lower prices.

When the law officially changes I would say we might see a bit of a change in the market at least 6 months later. Competition will improve but the thing is our Brisbane culture has to change. There is huge supply in Sydney so the prices are really good as its proper competition. There are places out in the Suburbs that are 5mins drive apart to find exactly what you want service wise that make it so easy where in Brisbane its scattered. Rydelmere for example has a few boiler type places in the same 2 streets in the industrial area where you can get an...well definitely older gal for 120/130 an hour who does everything.
In Brisbane it may take a year or so for more private places to pop up or even some private Invester type shady character to go and set up a nice clean brothel in an industrial estate and have 10-20 women in it.....
you never know and we can all wish of course.
But as punters we have to learn to not pay or put up with ordinary service and price

personally i do not think the prices are going to drop.
if you look at the property market in Brisbane right now, everything has gone up ridiculously high. if you don't buy at those prices, there will be someone else who is happy to pay. so you miss out.
it is the same with the girls here. they are not going to sell themselves short, esp when there are customers who are happy to pay.
everyone in this forum seems to want prices to drop, including me. but for the past 2 years, all it has done is go up higher. so either pay up, or stop ( or reduce ) your activities, like what i have done.

When I was struggling to put together a punting allowance I used to roll up to the quiet suburban shops with a single pineapple and get a quick toss job. A lot of places would do it if it was a slow day. Every now and then they tell you to fuck off because they have to pay the house but if you are punting on a budget that is the best was to go. Let’s be honest, the massage part is usually shit and just wasting time especially when you know 100 % you are going to lose a load.

So you want prices to drop..what strategy do you have for achieving that? I'm suggesting change girls and change shops. don't pay what is being asked.
We all know that the new guy gets a better service than than long term reliable guy. Some other hapless punter was posting about that recently in thread : http://www.aus99forum.com/showthread.php?129823-Loyalty.
Now, to my summary point. To achieve a better price point I will try a new girl and see how that goes. Maybe I'll get a renovators delight and have to spend some money doing her up.
I'm bored with the Brisbane shop scene. Might as well shop around to find out if it's out there.

no, i have not achieved anything. prices of everything have increased recently and on my part, what i used to be comfortable paying, i pay $50 more. that's it, no more than that.
but i find that asking the girl what she does during her free time when she is not at work, sort of hinting that there is a chance you take her out on a date sort-of, her services might be a bit better. showing a girl you can pay but trying to bargain is a definite no-no ... she will just reduce her services as she thinks you don't feel she is worth your money. somehow i have always felt that to the girls, it is a game to them how much of your wallet they are able to get, so usually i bring only $250 in my wallet with no credit cards. when the agreed amount is around $250, i just tell her that she got me for all i've got and that i cannot come again until 2 months later or soemthing like that. works for me all the time. and sometimes i even get freebies or extended time, maybe she is hoping i will remember her and come back, i don't know.

Respectfully disagree - housing is a necessity, mongering finances come from disposable income.
Agree people will HAVE TO pay the higher prices for property BUT Wgs tell me patronage is way down. No there isn't another guy in the waiting room ready to take your place.
My recent experience post Dec 2023 tells me girls willing to give discounts / reduced rates.
I am not a have to have FS type of guy so lately I have found m fee plus 2 pines to be acceptable. That allows me access to all the fun areas and sometimes a big O for her and I, sometimes.
Also the longer you punt the more skilful you should become both physically and psychologically and
love the statement " work for me all the time. and sometimes I even get freebies or extended time" Well good for you!
