I've been there and have found some nice ones, but they've moved on. I have an AR on Lily floating around from a year or two ago, and yes, the rack is decent. I personally don't mind the rooms - small, but clean, decently furnished. I'd blame the manager more than the provider - having someone pull double duty is NOT fair to the customer NOR the provider. That also has happened to me in several shops (AR's from a couple of years ago); holiday time seems to cause more problems. But the providers and I worked it out subsequently. Where I had the WeChat of the manager, I wrote my complaint and got an apology. Not everything goes according to plan.

I had an issue before and that was when the manager was on holidays. When she came back she sorted it out and was very good about it, she's there most time's I've gone so you might have went whilst she was on holidays. I've had issues here and there at places which is hard to avoid but the main thing is what they do to fix it or if they blame the customer. Blue Moon are very good in that regard.

Everyone's blaming this fucken debacle on the shop, the receptionists, management, the WL/ML servicing customers while attending to shop matters etc etc but the blame is squarely on Albo - the cunt removed brothel keepers from the list of essential skills/jobs required for Australia. The cunt has to go at the next elections.

Been to Blue Moon four or five times,had the same ML, never been disappointed.
