This AR on J Rika is from a while ago as I saw her on her first day.
Appearance:
Rika is a cute young girl who is skinny. While not the skinniest ever, she is very thin. She has long hair, and has a shy smile. While short, she has a great torso-to-leg ratio, and so has nice "long" legs in proportion to the her height. She's also on the tanned side, and is not milky white. Pert A/Bs and fully shaved below.

Bluntly, I don't think any of the photos of her on the Ginza website are of Rika. If they are, they been so processed and filtered that there's little correlation with the real Rika.
Personality:
Rika is shy and demure, with a soft, cute voice. While she seems a bit more passive/tentative, I think this is more from her shyness rather than reluctance and she's very willing to accommodate you.
Communication:
While there wasn't a lot of speaking as her English doesn't seem to be great, she has a remarkable ability to communicate quite effectively with 1 or 2 English words. So no issues for me here.
