Who takes or should take the lead?

Just curious, during a session with a ML or WL do you usually let the ML/WL go through their set routine or moves during your session or do you usually take the lead and dictate the playbook of the session? Or would it a be a little bit of both depending on the moment.

I’m usually happy to just let the ladies lead the way.
