Agree with this advise. I have used Massagerepublic a few times when I was in Dubai. The escorts are legit as long as you go with the ones that have been reviewed. Install a VPN before you go there as most escorts websites are blocked locally. You can message the escorts directly through the website or Whatsapp (which is very common).

When you are in Dubai, you receive a lot of unsolicited messages on WeChat or Telegram asking if you want a massage, but most of them are agencies which dont provide the offered services. But if you use BASIC common sense, understand the LOCAL rules... what's the problem? Traveler 101. Wrong place, wrong time can be anywhere. In SYD, I'm crossing the street, I instinctively look left... splat; damn, should have looked right.
