Rape is usually considered having sex against someone’s will or without consent. It was used loosely when describing the low life who defrauded sex workers by giving bogus checks, which I don’t agree with, but I guess it’s open to interpretation. Now, will those same people reconsider punting with the real possibility it’s with someone who is doing it against their will?

Yep, an interesting thought, if it is against her will and explicit consent is not given I suppose technically you could argue it's rape by the client. Although you'd think with police discretion, they'd be chasing the traffickers.

However if you can't stop the traffickers/supply, you gotta stop the demand, so it is possible targeting the clients is an option.

I spose one solution would be for punters to go to legit Aussie venues with local born provides such as stiletto's, but most of us can't justify the cost VS quality.

I reckon if you didn't know she was trafficked or wasn't willingly working as a WG, you shouldn't be guilty of rape. It's all about intent. When I did the act, my intent was to fuck a WL. It wasn't to fuck a girl who was being trafficked/unwilling.
