For those who have had the chop, you do realise that even with a foreskin, it retracts when erect so there is little to no excess skin and basically makes no difference to the girl, unless they're sucking you off soft.

I too had it done due to medical reasons. I had phimosis, meaning my foreskin was exceptionally long and basically completely enveloped the glands and then some. Cleaning the penis is a taboo topic and not often taught by parents or during sexual education at school. Its generally done by common sense or self awareness. I thoroughly clean my penis every time I'm in the shower, even before my teen years.
