Tend to find the two holes places more common at the more expensive parlours.

I've been to Bodyrotic (Camperdown), Nirvana (Surry Hills) and RPM (Rushcutters) which are high end and great experiences but with a hefty price tag. Worth it if you want more caucasian options and some of the masseuses have insane body to body skills. That said extras vary and when total up make it almost private girl prices.
