so by nationality - what are your thoughts ?

It all comes down to how well they take care of their body through diets and a healthy lifestyle, as well as what they have experienced in life (having kids, etc.).

However, I think Asians tend to have the advantage and age better compared to Westerners. Specifically, Koreans really look after their skin and body.

Asians because

1. Thicker skin which causes slower aging
2. White skin = beauty in asian culture so they avoid sunlight like dracula. This reduces a lot of photoaging
3. Lower BMI: diet is usually low calories and not a lot of sugar and fat.
4. Strict social pressure: if all her friends are slim, even if she gains just 2kgs, her friends and family will call her out.
5. Acceptable infidelity by husbands: in the west once you are married with kids you are locked in. Any screwing around outside will mean full force of the law and you will lose 80% of your shit.

In asian cultures, this is not the case. A lot of men (especially rich and successful) are surrounded by young women who are after them and his money. Even if he cheats, he wont get screwed over. This means more incentive to maintain her youth to keep out the mistresses.

A few months ago i was at one of the infamous milf shops. I knew she was old but if i guessed i wouldve said maybe mid 40s. Then i asked her age and she was 62!

I fully agree. Exactly my observations as well. Asians are so careful with exposure to the sun and they keep as pale as possible. That's the social norm in Asian countries, unlike Australians who love to absorb as much sunlight as possible despite knowing the risk of increased ageing look and skin cancer.

From what I’ve seen, Asian women tend to age a little better. A large part of that is probably because they are not as sun obsessed as westerners. That being said, once they do hit a certain age they seem decline at a more rapid rate.
