As I walked in the daytime through the Akihabara area of Tokyo I was being handed a few flyers from the variously themed street girls. e.

When I use google translate to read the flyers they were talking about mindfulness or the benefits of chiropractors.

Were the medical approaches just a cover? What's the go with these businesses?

I only speak english btw.

Generally in Akihabara they will be legit businesses trying to get you to come to a cafe etc.
