Taking a punt and going to y day spa in Carindale…hoping not as legit as it looks. Anyone been?

I parked there a few weeks ago to charge my car, and I was looking at the girl in reception thinking "yeah, I think it is, mmmmm, maybe it's not.... but it could be!"

Could be a new place to recharge if it is.

Curiosity got the better of me and decided to drop in last week to get my "sore back" massaged.

Got met by the usual Asian grandma, went through the prices, and thought what the hell $50 for 30 minutes isn't going to kill me.

Got met in the room by a different girl who was a bit more skinnier and MILFier with a nice smile - not bad eye 'candy'.

I knew pretty soon that extras might be offered, as the massage was crap!

$50 was the extra paid, plus another extra $50 if clothes hit the floor, but didn't pursue that - maybe next time??

Thanks for the review, I drove past the shop last week and saw someone putting the flags out front …. It kind of turned me off, but you have given me a reason to drop in and have a punt..

Forgot to mention they have a large bathroom with shower, and weirdly, a bath.

If anyone gets the girl in the bath, let me know!

Finally got a chance to drop in last week, wish I didn’t…. Greeted by a Asian boiler with heaps of makeup, should of walked but I did need a massage, massage was good but not great, extras 2 pines cbj thought wth thinking she might be experienced considering the age! Not the case. Name was you you , don’t know the spelling,she said she works Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, avoid them days and you might find a gem

Took a punt. Regretted it! Concur it’s a boiler shop. Paper thin walls, hear everyone’s conversations and couple of boilers (unless there’s a term for older than boiler level!!!)

I'm a bit at a loss here.
There are quite a few well run, reliable shops in Brisbane, with many attractive and well-performing MLs. Anybody who's been reading here, should know at least some of those shops.
The chances of having a decent experience at those shops are probably 75+ %.

What is therefore the point of visiting these unknown, dodgy shops, with very little chances of finding the hitherto undiscovered secret gem, but instead an 80+% chance of spending 30-60 min thinking 'WTF am I doing here?' and walking away pissed off and unsatisfied?

Unless you are pressed for time, walk in assess the quality of the shop and the lady and either stay or walk.
Staying when you know its gonna be a bad one is like flushing money down the toilet. Just say No thanks.

This place has that... aura, y’know? Dim lights, thick perfume in the air, and promises floating like smoke. They said there’d be girls—three of 'em. Young, beautiful. The kinda fantasy that pulls you in, but leaves with a gut feeling telling you to run.

But what do you get? An old girl dressed to the nines, eyes sharp like razors. She’s all smiles, but there’s desperation behind ‘em. “She’s almost done,” she says, talking about the "young girl" behind the door. Almost. Like that means something.

I wait 5 minutes in hope, but deep down? I know she ain't coming. Not tonight anyway.

I leave, not with regret—but with clarity. This place? It's a mirage.

Tried once more two weeks later.
Same deal.
