I've had this happen a few times. The WL will give a covered blow job, and then when it comes to sex. She will swap the condom out with a new one.

Is it to ensure she hasn't 'bit' it with her teeth and there are no holes?
Or is it because she KNOWS she's infected with oral herpes, and she's trying to ensure she doesn't re-infect herself in her vagina from it?

I think you are thinking too much.

Usually the condoms for bj has less oil so it is better tasting or palatable than the digusting greasy ones. Downside to drier condoms is it doesnt have enough lube.

If she is using the same brand then most likely she thinks the oil has been "blown off"

Id say shes just washed a fresh one for you! Its all about recycling in Sydney. Monday's ones are usually the best.
