Thats really nice to know she improved and is better. I only saw her for 30mins rather than the usual one hour so it felt a bit rushed, maybe that could of affected it also was her second day. Might repeat and see her again soon.

Yeh may have been since she was new. Maybe she just didnt know about service/DFK expectations. I did see her for an hour. So maybe she felt less pressured/rushed too & can take her time DFK'ing. YMMV as with anything.
