Would be a good idea to have a private area for reports on brothels?

The Private Massage AR section was established to allow reports on shops which may have been giving unauthorised services, without drawing the attention of LE or moral activists looking for "evidence", who may have outed the shops.

As brothels are not operating outside the law, there is no need to hide them.
