If a WL is trying to get a visa by giving BBFS and getting pregnant, what can she do IF she actually gets pregnant to a customer? Not getting into a debate about the morality of “do the right thing and take care of your kid” but what if the father doesn’t revisit her or if he does, gets the news and then says nope don’t want any part of this and never returns

What options are available to the WL if all she has is a phone number that was used to make the booking.

If she rocks up at a police station saying I need the owner details of this phone number, i can’t imagine they’d entertain her request

Then if he accepts paternity or the Law determines its his child, then its Child support time

This is in the best interest of the woman, child & Government. Otherwise Government ends up giving her financial support if man doesn't pay up. So everything will be done to chase the man & get him to pay.

I'd say the morality issue is the biggest one because otherwise, it's a lose-lose situation for her. Try substituting "WL" in that scenario with "any foreign girl visiting Australia that just happens to fuck lots of guys". The same logic applies. I think truthfully as she is working in the sex industry, the courts will need some kind of proof of the people she had sex with. Could be a long list. Then how can you confirm who the father actually is without DNA testing.
No court would ever approve 25 mandatory DNA samples from 25 different men. Court will look at it as it is her responsibility to use contraceptives if she is going to work in that industry.

That's why it is extremely important to understand what exactly are "safe days".

A few days BEFORE her menses: Not safe because a woman's menses can be delayed due to a number of reasons, eg. Sickness, stress, etc.

During her menses: Not actually safe yet, but mostly safe enough. That's because even though menses is the act of shedding the lining needed for pregnancy to occur from her vagina, there might still be enough for pregnancy to occur if sperm meets egg at the wrong time.

AFTER her menses: Now we're talking. In a normal 28 day cycle, let's say your girl has a 5 day period. About 14 days before this occurs is when she starts to ovulate. 14 + 5 = 19. Let's add a couple more days to be even safer, 21 days. Now add 5 days for the sperm lifespan. 26 days. That means that the safest days are the first 2 days after her period ends. I do the same thing even with normal girls I sleep with. I never just throw the condom in her bin then leave. I tie it up, then take with me and I throw it away personally in a bin outside to ensure she can't get it and impregnant herself, then sue me later for child support.

There's usually spermicide in the condoms so they won't be able to do.it themselves

It's a civil, not criminal, matter. Her lawyer can get a court order on the telcos (Telstra, Optus, TPG/Vodafone) to find out who owns the phone number. It happens all the time.
She would be entitled to child support from the biological father. DNA testing would easily be ordered by the court.

In case you didn't know, it is possible for a biological father to be ordered to pay child support and at the same time for the mother to refuse access to the child. Again, this happens all the time.
