I was just wondering because usually when i have the urge, the shop already closed...
And then i also wonder does anyone visit the shop during business hour? Isnt most dude will be at work at this hour, working hard to make money... or do massage places focus their client on the millionaires who doesnt have to go to work, and those people who depends on govt money or NDIS?
If i can vote, i would like to vote for these massage places to open until 11pm at the very least.....

it's a good question i've asked before too. basically it's a licensing issue, if the shop is open well past 8pm then people will know that there's more than just massaging going on there and the shop can be very easily called into question. I completely agree with you though, i normally get the urge late in the arvo or late at night. In my experience they targeet locals or people like me who work from home and can sneak off during lunch time

There's also the staffing issue - the girls start at 10:00, spend on average 30mins in every hour waiting for the next punter.... it it were me, I'd be keen to head home after 10 hours too...

at night they tend to get customers who have had a few drinks, some of them can be difficult to deal with...

Believe it has top do with Council regulations
OP, this would work for you then, opens till late and probably has a license for FS though it's advertised as a massage parlour.

Council issues usually is the issue I think and then finding girls to stay back and that would include a receptionist to welcome walkins.
I think it really comes down to customer foot traffic. Most would definitely open if they see potential to open later, so I assume otherwise .

Usually shops close at these times simply because there is not enough patronage to warrant staying open.

Most likely because they don't actually make enough profit to warrant staying open to late hours. The extra cost of staying open those additional hours can be a lot more than just a linear function. Like if they open for 12 hours instead of 8, the extra cost may not be simply 1.5 of the current running cost. A lot of things can double up, like girls hours overlapping because it's hard for them to find girls who are willing to work only 4 hours a day and earn less. Plus they would probably want to beef up security if they want to cater for late hours.

The girls that work there have lives too, and the later you are open the more drunk and problematic the customers get.
