The team is very responsive, often get replies within 20-30 seconds.

Date was splendid, Megan was very professional as being a whole-hearted girlfriend. We had so many common hobbies and interests (very unusual ones I'll add), we could talk hours about it. Very soft hands and a very pretty natural smile, it's hard to look away. Her little jumps and claps when she was excited was very funny to see. She was happy to take pictures together whenever.

This sounds like the worst idea ever. It's basically having to pay for the worst part of having a sugar baby or a girlfriend. Just the date..no fun stuff. Just like hanging out with a friend...but you pay $90 an hour.

It's more common in Japanese culture. As it says on the tin kind of thing. It's public interaction just a social service.
Not really what this forum is about. It's a step between "para-social" and personal relationship. Used for confidence or relieve loneliness. May even be about reputation.

Many people won't get it but but it's good for those with a little bit of social isolation (dangerous if it's relied on, and possibly more expensive than what it's worth) won't fix the situation but providing "relief" is about the closest thing to relating to this forum.
