Settled into a routine with the morning coffee and getting up to date with what's happening. The combination of the caffeine rush and dopamine response from reliving past and future punts is an addictive cocktail. I find the secret is to shut it all down once you're up to date otherwise you'll go down the rabbit hole of searching shops and other miscellaneous porn.

Having the forum email additions to subscribed threads and reading them in the RSS reader of your choice is great for not missing anything. You can take it one step further and have other sites send information that is filtered to your subjects or suburb of choice. eg ENB, SH, Locanto, shop rosters etc.

I'm sure we've all been guilty of the 'refresh What's New' section in the afternoon but it seems for some they're logged in 24/7.

118726 Right here.

BTW, certainly don't want to come across as sounding 'preachy'. Just hopefully helping a bro out and curious at the same time.

PS - my ignore list is pretty extensive and applies to interstate specific posters and shops so the 'What's New' section is relatively concise.
