How long does it take for Post to be approved?

I wrote an after report but its been a day and it hasn't been approved. How long before an admin can approve the report/when I can start making posts?

yeah just found this site and wanted to share some thoughts but it seems all my post is waiting to be approved? will this be happening to all my posts because that seems rather inconvenient
