227 NSM disappointing experience

Made a booking today for 4:30pm and then got asked to come in 4:50 sure no problem.

Get there just before waited in a room near reception till 5 then got taken to my room laid down and things didn’t kick off till 5:15 no worries.

About to finish part 2 and door knocks start happening quickly finished as I got the shits. Sofia is like I need to quickly go got another booking sure no worries gave her the cash.

What literally pissed me off is as I almost got my clothes back on receptionist knocks on the door and says I can go now she comes in with a can of air freshener and starts spraying I legit got embarrassed as there was a punter I walked past waiting in the hallway.

The whole time while waiting all I hear is running up and down the hallway. I get this is a business and some good coin to be made but seriously not every living minute needs to be booked give the punters and the girls 5 mins to get their shit in order after the session.

THere was likely a fuck up somewhere with a booking or someone went over where the day just became shambled. But yes, need a better management and would be shit experience as a customer

They've been understanding in the past on a couple of occasions I've had issues.

Ha, at least you get to see the girl. The first time I visited this place, booked and all. Drove almost an hour, rocked up and told the receptionist the girl I booked at this time. Receptionist looks shocked and said she has left for the day. WTF, confirmed on WeChat and this still happens? Came back again the following week, they made sure the girl was there for me. What you've said kinda makes sense. But given the time delay that it took the ML to get in the room, I'd say I was still short changed.. Albeit I'm not timing.

I've enjoyed NSM and have returned, but I know that given the money and the room and like you've said, there's much better value had elsewhere.

Strangely agree. My problem with the "older lady" is the noise she generates in the shop. See Ester occasionally on Fridays for old times sake. And it is just constant noise when she is working reception. The talking is loud, the answering the phone is loud, the ushering the girls and customers is loud.

Last time was there she got snappy with me since I took too long to make a decision of which girl I wanted from the line up. She was muttering something in Chinese as she was away after taking my money. It must be that shes needing some dick inside her.

She's nice to me generally (I mean I usually book, rock in and say I'm seeing so and so from booking and I'll get led into a room or asked to wait.)

It definitely brings you out of the moment while your face deep in muff and she's outside on the phone or with a punter at her volume.

However, the younger Asian guy with glasses always looks to me like he painfully regrets he ever contemplated the job.

He was probably enticed (and possibly still) with free pussy during downtimes, but has yet to even see anyone even as a customer 🤣

To me, the old lady was nice and polite , feel comfortable a warm feeling. She is doing a good job, yes. She yell, no.big deal. Lots of older Chinese ladies yell to get rally the girls. She was running out of her feet that day I visited..it was pretty busy.

I mentioned them somewhere before. The first one was a Thai girl with Fake tits ( She had a sister working in the same shop and 227NS). The second one was a J milf (don't remember her name) and the last one was a J girl Yum or Yuki. The only one with relatively ok massage skills was the Thai girl, the other two were hopeless.

For me, I would not return to 227 as is not ideal if you are after FS. With narrow massage tables, one shower facility, Part 3 was hard, not to mention the massage table that moved whilst doing a standing mish. Managed to find out a more suitable shop the ladies worked . Not sure if there is air-conditioning.

The sister shop @ 41 Epping is much better. Not an old shop . Bigger rooms. The rooms I used had a toilet facility with a shower hose/nozzle attached to the basin tap. At least I could have a shower afterwards

Years ago I did an inspection when I was looking to buy a property that had a brothel in it on the corner of Queens rd and Great North Rd Five Dock.

As the agent walked me through the premises there was an old Chinese mamasan herding the girls with a long stick from room to room tapping the girls so they moved quickly so we could do the walk through. That’s how she ran things.

Yeah I was a punter there but never saw the stick treatment previously.

Have to chime in here as NSM was my first time, and so far only time.

Saw Melissa and had a good time.

When I first arrived though, the lady running the place showed me to a girl that was getting ready in a small room and the wording she used was like this is your girl here, only one, was pushy.

I asked if there were other girls (admittedly I was expecting a lineup as I hadn't booked, got there 10am), and she said if you don't like her you will need to wait, again, rude and not very kind to the girl that was there. I had no problem with her at all, was just expecting a lineup is all, my own rookie mistake.

Then when waiting at the little seat in reception, I heard her talking about me again not liking the first girl when she was down the hall.

Some people manage time well, others when things start getting busy or too many things to do collapse and can't cope well.

I think this lady is the latter.

Yeah epping shop is way more spacious and relaxing. Also had a basic ensuite. Some calm music unlike Stratty where i can hear punter next room over lol! The room used to be 2 rooms, you can see the wall separating the room separates at the ac lmao

MY advice - I understand shit happens, and I've had to cancel myself, but THAT is a rare event, I can still count on 1 hand. When you book a punt, make sure you have the time available for the punt. It's not fair to the shop or the girl. Sure, someone like Pen should be able to fill the slot (pun intended), but still, as I ALWAYS say, consider the flip side of the coin. She cancels on you at the last minute. Her work could get in the way (e.g. better offer), but still, I would expect her to honor MY booking. How would you feel with a late cancellation? Yes, that too has happened to me, while I was on the way to see her. But I knew her, appreciated the head's up, and was able to reroute. A lot easier for the punter than for the provider. You start to loose credibility if it's more than a RARE occasion. Myself, I set aside a DEDICATED time to punt, where I know I will have the time barring some RARE UNEXPECTED EMERGENCY.

Personally, like my handle, my rep means something to me.

chiming in because i recently made a booking at 227 NSM and just through text i could feel the lady being rude. cancelled the booking and decided i'll go to sister shop 41 epping since they're much more accommodating, might let epping know that NSM receptionist is really doing a poor job

I am also one that values credibility. Which is why after my two visits I messaged the shops to pass on my thanks to the ML. It's a small gesture but builds credibility with the shop and ML.

I gave Pen several days notice that I wasn't going to be able to keep my appointment. I didn't call right beforehand and go no I can't get there. The notice was as much as I could give not to inconvenience as much as possible.

I’m struggling with thread a bit because I have found the owners of 227 and Epping, Jason and Bella to be professional helpful and engaging. No idea who old lady you are talking about. I guess shit happens.The scenarios of girls not turning up or perhaps going home sick is real so managing these businesses can be very tricky I guess.
My only backhand criticism is that Ester works at 227. Once you see her you’re pretty well ruined for life as no other ML offers anywhere near her level of service. I’m from the country so I just happily now settle with a clothed HJ from a ML so as not to be disappointed. Ha ha

i love bella, but sometimes there's an older lady at 227 (obvs jason/bella don't work 7 days) and when she's there the service is a bit rude. i was in a session with a girl and we kept looking up because we could hear her arguing quite loudly with someone outside. completely put me off, there's heaps of shops around with some really great girls that honestly have more comfortable, cleaner and less cramped premises.the girls at 227 are still high quality and do a wonderful job, that's why i keep going but when reception service is really low i can't see why i wouldn't just go elsewhere

(Double books or tells u to wait as she tries to fit another booking in even for 15mins) and yes lacks abit of subtly)

The other receptions which include another Japanese lady (always friendly both in person and by msg) and a younger lass who is quite cute.

All in all I'm bit surprise when punters dont rate these shops..
