Thanks OP. This saved me from opening a new thread because I just don't understand the age fetish and all the "how old" questions. I was thinking the reasons might be:

Thinking young has less mileage than older. No doubt true for most all cases, but not 100% AND "less" IS relative.

Western society has an obesity epidemic and here in Australia it’s approximately 64%. This is most probably the biggest deciding factor when it comes to my punting.
