It will depend on the girl. They're human after all and you can form genuine meaningful relationships with them. Not all of them see you as a source of money.

Unless the customer is a difficult or stalker type that she does not want to see. A regular customer can mean alot to a WL. And very invaluable. Walk-in's will come and go. May see her 2-3 times at most. Then move on. Its rare of WL's to have a long term regular customers.

Most of her regular guaranteed income will come from her regular customer. When its quiet and not much business. A regular customer could be her saving grace.

Given the Asian work ethic, not earning during work hours is anathema for them. Walk-ins are problematic and unknown, a regular is just that, dependable.

Even for the shop/girl where she's fully booked all the time, and you're just the next widget in a long line of widgets on the assembly line to be stamped, processed, polished, finished, out the door, even then, there is something to be said for a regular: a KNOWN quantity. She can relax, not in the form of delivering less, but just relax as in letting a bit of her guard down. She knows you, just as you know her. And you both don't have to start from zero. That's just that little bit of less stress. That DOES count.
