Actually, it was same shop, same girl.

Yes, I know it's boilerplate. But if you read any shop's boilerplate, it clearly states that whatever SPECIFIC services the provider offers to any individual is SOLELY at the discretion of the provider, NOT the shop. It should be discussed DIRECTLY with the provider.

Thus, each agreed upon act will have an X denoting mutual agreement. An agreed upon contract, eliminating any misunderstandings. The bottom blank space is for agreeing to any extras: cost, time, etc. The punter will have to use his or the provider's mobile phone's translation app as appropriate.

Just another example of the benefits of membership. It is strongly suggested that the original CP form remain pristine, being duplicated at the punter's expense for actual use.
