I think it's not worth to jack off to last longer because you will reduce the sensitivity and defeat the purpose of punting IMO.

Hey it’s allright if you are new to this. The anxiety and anticipation can perhaps stress you out and this happens. It happens to me also specially if there is no chemistry with the girl.
