Seri/Sally was an absolute fail, and it does look like she is no longer at the shop.

Yaya is great, she is a keeper don't lose her.

I have questions around Ai and Jess.

Both girls would be for the average punter, really quite attractive. Jess kinda needs a bit of dental work but otherwise both would turn heads no doubt on the street, especially Ai.

Personality wise Ai was also a joy to talk and joke with. Jess a bit more reserved but got a few good laughs.

My question is, when commencing part 2, both of them were hesitant to get the kit off, particularly Jess. Ai started to HJ me clothed, realised she wasn't making much headway then made a show about it saying she was feeling hot so she could take her red outfit off, but left the underwear on the entire time.

Now as far as I understand, a NHJ is included in the upfront price, or am I wrong? At $115 for 45 minutes I should really hope so. if not I stand corrected, but I also won't be coming back, no offence as that's very steep for just the massage.

I know both the girls probably think that they are attractive enough that just being there is enough to induce spontaneous jizzfests, but that really only works for people with premature ejac problems I should suspect.

Can you enlighten me, or have a coach huddle pep talk with both and let me know?

I mentioned in my original post shops like SBM and 200 Stanmore the girls are perfectly fine.

It really is a 'training' thing for the girls imho.
I've also heard Riko is quite limited as well.

At the end of the day it's up to the girl, I'm always a YMMV believer, but the shop will potentially lose a bunch of traffic from the forum.

I'll wait to hear back and see what will happen.

You can bet on Jacob that it will be sorted.

He told me that he had created incentives for the girls to perform, so he does really care about the shops performance and his shops image.

Feedback received! I'll be speaking to the newer girls first and making sure we improve our services. That means getting their kit off properly. I personally will be handling the talking to my girls (following coaches game plan).
I do really appreciate you posting your concerns about my shops that I run and operate. I can't continue to level up without honest and valid feedback, so thank you!!! I have been very fortunate to have many good girls, now its time for a good spring clean of how I operate and run my shops (from top to bottom).

Yes after leaving my office job, things have been more simple in terms of time management for me. Yes, running tobacconist is wayyyy harder. Dealing with junkie customers, staff stealing, break and entering and etc. Whilst the money was certainly very good, the stress and constant worrying was not worth it imho.

Yes I have created incentive structure for ALL the girls to make more money with me. High performance is rewarded and is open for all my girls on the roster. My background in management/sale/analytics has become my foundation in making my shops well known in a short time (10.5 months)

Have faith in my dedication and passion, that my shops will only get better and better.

I'm the opposite, but then, I learned via bar freelancers, where there were no price labels. In SYD, I know the going rates in general, and I know EXACTLY what my ceiling is for any individual to enjoy the specific class of service. If she comes in at or below MY ceiling, done deal. If not, I'll make a counteroffer. Otherwise, I might be willing to move from first class to business if she's within my range for business. Deplaning is the last resort, and I've found that most, given that alternative, are willing to compromise as their profit is in filling the seat. No one wants to see an empty seat on a flight. And if it does come to deplaning, well, it's just a lose-lose situation, but rare in my experience.

Besides, if the situation were reversed:

Uni: everyone gets the same grade, regardless whether their paper was a logical masterpiece or mere gibberish.


Salary office: everyone in the office gets the same pay, regardless of their skill level or the task involved: proofing a well written report or proofing gibberish


Independent Contractor: No bids accepted, no difference between polishing a well-tuned machine or working on a non-maintained wreck


Perhaps it's my target demographics, but I have no problem negotiating everything. She can offer any price she wants, just like I can always say "No thank you" (and I know how in a number of languages). And it's always that special surprise when she comes in lower than my ceiling, feeling I've won already.

I believe Jacob need to go back for 6poplar to 50-65-80. - Tip and service can be discussed in the room between customer and ml, so simple.
In general, personal I avoid going to massage shops that have this 'complicated' structure.
Sydney baby/girl massage has also this wrong rate structure.

I had a bad experience with Rixy- colombian. She asked me extra to take off top where i already paid jacob 100$ for 30 min. I never gone back there. Better to avoid this place.

I think it's slightly cheaper to pay the girl 70-100 tip than paying 130+70 for extra tip at Surry hills.

Yes some girls at Surry hills play stupid telling you it's extra for nude hj..but the sign at the desk says it all.
One jap girl was on her period and she was reluctant to take anything off..killed the moment.
But Jacob likes listens to any feedback and will get rid of girls who become too greedy like Aimme

Speaking of trying to make you forget, original thread I also mentioned an Indian looking receptionist (probably one of the MLs as well, had glasses on) actually tried to get away with passing 150 for 115.

Paid for 45 with 150, and she cheerily stuck it into the drawer and told me to follow her to the room. I stayed put and asked 'its 115 right?'

First and foremost thanks for the feedback.
Whilst some clients do provide feedback straight to me, both positive and constructive. I will be changing up the way we gather such information, taking a more proactive approach.

I have been very fortunate to have many good girls on my roster, whilst menu service do vary from girl to girl. I am in the process of revamping the hiring, interview, and trial process. I value my shops in this industry and largely its current client base.

Regarding both Jess and AI. I have spoken to them and will be closely monitored to ensure undergaments are fully removed during part 2.

I have big plans in this industry, so your continued support is very important. Please look forward to a better system that I will be implementing, better girls and better service.

I will be reevaluating a lot of things which include proper training regimen for new girls. I do however use Surry Hills as a training ground for the new to industry girls.

Haha yes J Aimme. I still remember her very well. Honestly she was a very nice girl personality wise, just a little too greedy inside the room.

Yeh this would be ideal. Shop takes its share and the girls are then able to take the rest. Issue with this though is the girls can charge alot more for NHJ if there want since the shop isn't really involved in that transaction
