A few sorrys and thank yous (as mentioned by other ARs), and gasps and moans out of place. I was able to put her at ease from the beginning because of our height/size difference (something I'm generally used to doing), but also because of the heads up from other ARs on her.
I think she got a number of complaints when she first started (I guess lots of punters never dealt with anxious people in their lives) and her price dropped, which is a shame because she definitely provides great service.
