Thailand would still be your cheapest option from my experience. Can still get "Short Time" for 1500-2000 baht ($60-$80).
"Long Time"for 3000-4000 baht ($150-$180).
Thai friendly.

And these will be young Thai girls in their 20's.

If you go to the GoGo bars especially in touristy areas, it will be same price as here or more.

If you dont mind distance, South America also good value for the dollar

Japan is more expensive than Sydney
Same as S. Korea
Philippines will also be more expensive

Those were the good times. Now, a young 10/10 girl will only do multiple ST's a night. They don't do overnight LT's anymore. They are very picky & will only go with young, handsome guys.

I went to Philippines and Thailand before covid. Even Thailand has some gems outside of the red light district.
