WL apologised and I said it’s not her fault as it happens. We both were speaking softly and I wasn’t rough on the lady at all. Out to the reception, I was offered a discount for a 30m rate instead of the 45m booking. I said to them that I didn’t even finish the business, and most of the time were spent in the shower before/after to have a good rinse off the blood, and shouldn’t I be offered more, or rebook with another? WL got on the phone but denied that she had her period and that I came in dom already. I have no idea why she lied, and surprise surprise she’s not on tomorrow’s roster.

At the end, money is not the issue to me but the experience. I didn’t want to force my point across and I just left the joint.

It is WL's claim that CIM was offered. OP hasn't had the chance to clarify his side of the story whether she did indeed offer him CIM.
