Had a session with Leng last night. Finally met the legendary Leng! Unfortunately I don't have time to write a review right now, but in short it was one hell of an experience! I tried to make a booking with her, gave a suggested time and so far no repsonse after several days. I don't mind at all if they are full but at least let the customer know as I cancelled other plans to try and make a booking with her compnay to try and support someone who is out there trying to set up a business for herself - I always try to support small business. If she can't do the basics like get a booking right or at least get back to customers then long term it will be an issue as I am a customer that has basically gone off using her business before I even got the chance to experience it. There are plenty of other places out there so I don't reckon I have missed out on much, but someone else will be getting my spending money now, not Tiffany and her friends. Bro Deep Impact makes a very valid point that is so simple but so many businesses get it wrong.
My experience with Tiffany & Friends has not been like yours as I have always had a fast response from txts (I do not use PM for enquiries / booking with any company).
However it always amazes me that many companies go to the trouble of advertising, staffing, overheads etc and then potential customers can't get in touch - we usually do what DI is doing ie vote with our feet. And this is from all types of companies with much more experience and depth than our little Tiffany!

So I support Deep Impacts reaction because it is his unfortunate experience.
I suggest if I may Tiffany two lessons:
1) your business needs to be prompt in returning txts & phone calls
2) your business needs to deliver consistency - not only gr8 girls but the other aspects of service as well.
I say consistency because as i said above my experience so far is the opposite to Bro Deep Impact !

Tiffany is young & inexperienced and i would expect anyone in her position will make mistakes.
The two issues then are does she care? (and I believe she certainly does) and will she learn from them - and she is smart enough I believe to do just that.

So I hear you Bro DI and hope that you give Tiff & F another try and enjoy what I and others have.
