110A Victoria Rd, Drummoyne "For Lease" Sign but still advertising here

I drove past 110A Victoria Rd, Drummoyne, today and noticed a large "For Lease" sign on the door under "OPEN" sign. I notice they have advertised here as recently as today (16 December).

Does anyone know what the story is? A "For Lease" is always a reference to the premises, not the business for sale.

Maybe it is "For Lease" as of a future date, and in the meantime the business is trading.

I would think that the lease is wrapping up and the current operators are not going to extend. Essentially free for anyone to sign the lease and start trading.
