I'm looking at the ads on say EnB's and then googling the number, only for a different girls to come up in a completely different areas...

Is this not a red flag? Or are thess ads run through booking centres?

Yes those adds are run by agents/brokers
First, they advertise with fake images and multiple locations, then they bait & switch will comes to scene once punter shows up. Avoid at at any cost. One person cannot be available in two locations at same time.
