Short answer is yes.

It sort of depended on what massage you wanted. The mamasan at the counter told me once that they had a repeat customer base of more than 2000. They offered all sort of massages, even remedial massage, and were quite good at it.

Yes I have but it was in NSW.

I've been to a legit Thai place near me three times now. First time I was there, the receptionist showed me to the room and told me to undress, without specifying whether to keep underpants on. So I have fully undressed each time.
