Any good?

Without even knowing what it is - definitely no.

After looking it up, found the ingredients:
Proprietary Manyolo Male Enhancement Gummies Supplement Blend 800 mg: Muira Puama Extract, Ashwagandha, Maca Extract, Catuaba Extract, Green Tea Extract, Caffeine (10mg), L-Arginine, Tribulus Terrestris, Horny Goat Weed Extract

So yeah, no.
Off the top of my head: maca, tribulus, and horny goat weed extract I know are marketed as being for libido, but proven useless.
Green tea extract, caffeine for energy are well documented to work.
L-arginine for blood flow has been shown to have minimal effects for some people (including for ED), so YMMV, but definitely not as effective as actual ED medication.

Had to look up the rest: muira puama and catuaba extract marketed for libido, no proven effect.
Ashwagandha I never looked up before, but have heard of it - apparently some minimal effects to help with anxiety/stress, but also interferes with other medications and can cause gastric upset.

In conclusion, pretty much all over the counter or commercially available 'supplements' do nothing to help ED, libido, or making your dick bigger, other than possible placebo effects.
Most are usually useless supplements mixed with caffeine or vitamins/minerals.

Just go see your GP if you need ED pills that work and they'll give you a prescription.

Nice work, appreciate the effort it takes to do the research.

Best advice. No big deal. Yes, they might ask SOME questions if you're younger to rule out plumbing problems, but that's for YOUR benefit. They're physicians, there to help you. Use them. Personally, I'd ask for the generics rather than the branded. MUCH cheaper.

I think the keyword here is promoting... 5x better? What other ED's? With what SCIENTIFIC study? If this was really some breakthrough drug, I'd think it would be all over the airwaves.
Myself, I want scientifically proven in acknowledged journals, not a promotion.

Quick Google search yields:
Unlike many conventional male enhancement products, which rely on chemical additives and pharmaceuticals, Manyolo takes a holistic approach to {sic}sxual wellness by harnessing the power of nature.

Keyword HERE being holistic, and the misspelling is in the original.

Myself, I'll stick with chemical... leaving the snakeoil to others...

People assume that because something is sold in a Pharmacy it must work and be proven to work but this is not the case. Pharmacies sell lots of shonky dubious unproven products. Especially the big chains like Chemist Warehouse and Priceline.

What?!?!? You mean homeopathic cures might not work? But I read in "How to Become a Millionaire" that homeopathic and holistic cures are sure things...
