Centrefolds of Sydney in Artarmon ticks all of those boxes and then some. 5-star hotel adjacent is no exaggeration. Rooms are huge, designed for high roller party goers, and that's the room without the spa. Worth visiting atleast once, but not as a regular venue unless you're rolling in $$$$
