There are two possibilities. First is that you might be referring to a different Candice. The Candice I met certainly provided a full menu and she would not be described as skinny. Alternatively, as I indicated in my review, YMMV. You may not have been offered the full menu. That is the second possibility. Judging from my PMs, there are several on this who have also experienced the full menu
