You should just stay only with the massage [ no nhj ], so you don't have to pay the 50$. When you see ml for first time always clear the finance from the very beginning of the session.
Almost all the ml's are very clear with their extras and the tip, so 99% of my visits I never had any misunderstandings.
Also, let the management know so they can talk to her.

The next time you go to book her and she's available you feel like you've won the lottery. Then it turns out to be a shit punt, and you got a booking so easily because of the reasons OP mentioned.
