What % of punters do you think use this website or know about it?

Just curious about this. These days, I'm thinking most millenial punters and younger will know about this site.

Kinda hard not to have at least come across it looking for a place to go to.

Think about the number of RnT places not on here just in a casual drive around Sydney. Then think about how these have been around a long time which means they obviously have a lot of business to not have to advertise here.

Even if they want to advertise Locanto is a huge alternative to this site. In fact tulip Epping stopped and continue to advertise on Locanto.

For shops not on here i use Locanto for roster information.

I would think only a small fraction of punters like 5%.

I'm sure there are also plenty of high end and low end brothels not listed on here and they're thriving too.

Also think about the lack of ARs on these other joints. Probably only addicted and choosy cunts like me are active users.

I recall reading long ago that there are over 400 Thai massage places in Sydney alone.

Assume only 50% offer RnT, so that's around 200 shops. Each with around 3 girls working = 600 girls on roster on the average day.

600 girls serving at least 5 men a day = 3,000 sessions a day..... or 3,000 men getting their HJ each day in Sydney...

If the average man goes only once a week, then 3,000 x 7 days = 21,000 men a week getting served.... (out a Sydney population of close to 3 million men)

Even if the above statistics are faulty, the number of men on this website would be 1% or less of all men who frequent RnT shops and brothels.

The dating and hook up apps that are around today make it relatively easy.
I don't use them (wish they were around when I was younger!), but 20 something people I know do and their experiences are clear.

Without a doubt, easily an order of magnitude.

Visitors, aka tourists, find sites like these very useful for the how and where of a place. They'll do some reading as that's the only option they have for when they're here. A minority will join to ask questions, of that minority, a minority will contribute. They will drift off, to return if they visit again.

Residents will also be visitors, when starting punting, to likewise find the info on where as word-of-mouth will suffice for how. Again, some will join to ask questions. A minority of those will contribute. Most all, after an initial rush, will slack off, though check in to see rosters, the occasional "what's new", or some banter. Some will use comm apps to keep in touch with providers and managers, decreasing the need to visit.

As in all sites such as this, a resident core will contribute to keep the site alive and relevant. This core rank will have a slow turnover as older members expire for one reason of the other, others will replace.

Still, I'd say many punters won't bother, residents who grew up here and know the game without needing a program.

But it might be hard to believe, I know, but before aus99, ISG, BEFORE the internet (yes, I'm that old), somehow, someway, punters found the way to the promised lands. Mainly WOM: amazing what you can learn by keeping your mouth shut and your ears open (which corresponds to reading before asking these days). And then, you ventured out, exploring, using the knowledge passed to you as a base. Returning, you too passed on your knowledge to the ignorant (aka posting AR's these days). Forums make it easier, but still the same basis.

Before discovering this site, I navigated punting through newspaper. There are adds on newspaper and often free newspapers that sustain income through ads.

I remember Clyde 10 and Rydelmer 19(?) were ads on newspaper and I did a few punts there. Can't remember exactly but I recall finding 5Star 110 from non-punting forum.

Fortunately this site came along shortly and I got the best Intel here since.

My post about "days past" was in reference to an earlier post that implied that anyone who didn't know about the forum was visiting nameless shops and getting unenthusiastic handjobs from middle aged women. Sure, if they're lazy or stupid, or both (I tolerate neither, but I do draw a distinction between ignorant and stupid) by simply accepting rather than exploring. This forum makes it easier to find quality, but it's not impossible to find without. And, for I'd say many, may even hinder (the baa baa baa syndrome) the search for YOUR gem.

One of my favs, have not seen a mention of her or her shop anywhere on a forum. And no, I'm not trying to keep her for myself. Certainly I'm NOT the only punter that knows about her as she's still working, and I'm not in the tax bracket to be "sole support". Others [forum, no forum] no doubt found her like I did: BOTG, EBI, S&H (eyeballs inside, reference to Neil Young respectively). Another provider, indirectly mentioned.

For me, it's the anticipation of what's over the next hill that keeps me hiking. I appreciate a guidebook, but not a necessity to find those stunning views. Sometimes you just have to take the road less traveled. YMMV

You got that right. Right place, right time, per chance. No guarantees, but exploration does pay dividends.

I'll ask the girl if I can share her details, and she'll say "Is your friend like you"? When I say "I don't know", she'll say no. And the funny thing is, the punters I know IRL, they never ask, because they go out and find their own. Look on here, the whiners who say "You don't share, the purpose of the forum is to share, you just want to keep her for yourself"... I'd say odds are, they're the ones who don't bother to read AR's, don't bother to write AR's, just one-way streets.

This is Sydney. All you need are the shops. Do some research, then go and check yourself. If you can't fill your dance card on your own, that's just sad. Yes, it might take longer, be a bit more expensive, that's life in the big city.

I've used google reviews a lot, mainly when overseas. They rarely come out and say its an RnT, but read between the lines and look at the reviewers OTHER reviews can tell a better story. If the reviewer has a multitude of reviews of massage places, a fair chance he is into the RnT lifestyle....

Or you're really obsessed with this "hobby". I fall into this category, or at least I once was. Every new city I moved to I would research on the internet for forums like this one to help me get the best on offer at that town/city.

I personally think not many Sydney punters use this forum. I mean, this site isn't really optimised for SEO. It only pops up pretty high in the list if you searched for very specific terms like "Sydney sex forum". But if you searched for "Sydney brothels", it's not even on the first page.
So I think people who ended up here without a link from another site probably were looking for a forum about punting.
